Nampa &Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) currently has a Land Use Change Application
on file, for the project mentioned above. NMID will withhold further comment until our
review is complete.
Please be advised the District's Kellogg Drain is impacted by this project. A license agreement
will be required prior to final approval. The easement for the Kellogg Drain is a minimum of
sixty feet (60') total, thirty feet (30') from centerline each side.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained onsite. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
