Hi Elizabeth, the approved plans and signed site license are attached. The application fee of $500 will not be reassessed. Verizon is not requiring a
new signed license agreement. ACHD will need new city approval before permits can be issued. Please use reference SCSL2020-0063 in all future
correspondence.
