We are proposing a color update per the Walmart’s latest branded color as part of the upcoming interior remodel project of the facility mentioned above. • The current mainly building colors will remain. Our construction documents will only reflect some repaint on EIFS, CMU walls and adjacent elements such as jib crane, gutters, and downspouts per Walmart’s latest guidelines. The signage will also be updated to comply with Walmart’s latest guidelines. The total square footage will be decreased with the proposed new and replaced signage. • Replacing existing building signage with new, excluding the Pickup sign. • Due to damage and age, we are proposing to replace the existing exterior building signage with new. Adding additional Online Grocery Pickup parking stalls. • Walmart would like to add additional Online Grocery Pickup parking stalls. Note that there is no reduction in the overall parking stall count. We are proposing an expansion of the grocery stockroom to accommodate the increasing online shopping demand. The expansion will match the current building materials. • Walmart would like to expansion the grocery stockroom to approximately 4,869 sq/ft. as well as add additional Online Grocery Pickup designated parking stalls.
