Request: Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map to change the future land use designation on 42 +/- acres of land from Mixed Use – Community to Industrial. B. Request: Annexation of 1.59 acres of land with an I-L (Light Industrial) zoning district with a request for City Council approval of a reduced buffer width to residential uses from 25 feet to 5 feet.
