My business Rides Unlimited @ 150 W. Railroad St. in Meridian is auto repair and
auto sales. We currently do not sell any vehicles to the public from our Meridian
location. Vehicles are only repaired here and then they are moved to our car lot at
3602 Garrity Blvd in Nampa. Our operating hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Monday
through Friday. We are asking the City to revise the existing Certificate of Zoning
with the following items required.
1. Any Inoperable, dismantled & mechanically deficient vehicles over 12 will be kept
behind 6’ enclosed fence.
2. Auto parts will not be seen above the 6’ enclosed fence.
3 A revised landscape plan has been included.
4. The forklift will not be parked in the alley and RV vehicles will be parked out of site
behind 6’ enclosed fence.
5. A maximum of 12 inoperable, dismantled & mechanically deficient vehicles can be
parked on the south side of property. Employees may park on 2nd St.
6. There is no trash enclosure. We roll it out in the alley every Tuesday night and
put it away behind our fence in the morning after they pick it up.
7. There are no site light fixtures that exceed a maximum of 1,800 lumens.
8. Photographs of the site are provided in leu of elevation drawings.
9. There is no application got s public school.
We ask that Certification of Zoning will be approved since your requirement have
been meet.
