Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment and Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to designate new
future land uses for properties which were removed from the Meridian Area of City Impact and
added to the Boise, Kuna and Star Areas of City Impact. Also included is a Comprehensive Plan
Map and Text Amendment and Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to re-adopt the 2004 Star
Comprehensive Plan in order to assign a resolution number. Comprehensive Plan Map and Text
Amendment to adopt the 2021 Garden City Comprehensive Plan for use within the Garden City
Area of City Impact, a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment for changes to Title 9 of the Ada
County Zoning Ordinance, and a Zoning Ordinance Map Amendment for adjustments to the Boise
and Garden City Area of City Impact boundary.
