Planning Review Notes Bill Parsons Provide strike-out/underline version of the proposed text
changes.
Need to also modify language set forth in UDC 11-3B-7C
which requires residential landscape buffers to be placed in
common lots.
Insert graphic into UDC that demonstrates the proposed
code change as discussed and submitted with the pre-
application meeting request.
Need to address through lots as currently the code prohibits
them. if staff is going to support the request of the rear
accessed verbiage, the front porches of the homes must
orient towards the collector with access being provided from
a local street. Want to prevent unintended consequences
with the proposed changes.
