Andrew,
The application is not moving forward at this time, no. Our checklist should probably be more specific but the
maintenance agreement does not have to be notarize or recorded at the time of submittal but the draft agreement is
required. In addition,the fire department"written" approval should have also been obtained prior to application
submittal by reaching out to Chief Bongiorno and getting his consent to move forward via an email. He does not send
formal "approvals"for these so much as receives the request prior to application submittal and sends an email saying it
is ok for submittal.
Another component is the applying for the application online which was not done; having all of the checklist items is not
sufficient, unfortunately. Please log in to the Citizen Access Portal to "submit"for the Private Street application as Bill
noted below.

We are working to get the maintenance agreement and fire dept. written approval.
Can you confirm if our package is being moved forward, or is this application keeping us in the pre-screening
phase? Hopefully we are able to move forward, as items other than the maintenance agreement and fire approval are
provided in our main package. Fire should not be an issue, as this is the same layout that was presented on our pre-app.
