This office addition will provide space for the existing offices that are currently inside warehouse. This will allow for forklift access across the entire loading dock area. An 8,000 sf drive-in freezer will be constructed inside the existing warehouse. This will be the major part of this project. Architectural Character: The existing warehouse building 43 8' in width along Commercial Court and has (22) loading docks across the front wall (south elevation) fronting on Commercial Court. A major addition was made in 2008 to connect the buildings and provide some design elements to break up the otherwise straight 32' high front wall. A large shade awning was added in 2009. Office Addition. There are no changes in the existing landscaping. All required landscaping was added during previous applications. Capitol Distributing will retain their existing painted wall sign which is located on the existing warehouse. They are not proposing any new signs.
