I would request to modify the Development Agreement dated May 8,2018 for the access to the
North on attached map until future development happens. This property owner has removed
their application from Meridian and going to Boise for future development approval from what 1
have been told. The owner hasn't made any attempts to reach out to me for any comments. At
this time we have no idea what this plan will be or look like. I would request this item be
removed from my development agreement. At the time of development of the Northerly parcel I
will meet with owner and if it makes sense for both of us I will install an access to tie the
properties together. As for the City of Meridian Sign I have installed on the property since that
parcel was removed from Meridian.
