Dear Mr. Hagen:
This letter is to confirm that the Director approved the subject application changing the use from a new
multi-tenant building with no previous tenants to a restaurant for the tenant space located at 1728 E.
McMillan Road, Suite 100. The site plan prepared by Horrocks Engineers on June 4, 2019, labeled C.5.0,
demonstrates compliance with the specific use standards set forth in UDC 11-4-3-49. The Planning
Division’s approval does not exclude compliance with other City requirements. Please contact Building
Services and the Meridian Fire Department for specific permit requirements. If you have any further

The applicant, Director, or a party of record may request City Council review of a decision of the
Director. All requests for review shall be filed in writing with the Planning Division of the Community
Development Department on or before October 15, 2021, within fifteen (15) days after the written
decision is issued, and contain the information listed in Unified Development Code (UDC) 11-5A-6B.
If City Council review of the decision is not requested, the action of the Director represents a final
decision on a land use application. You have the right to request a regulatory taking analysis under Idaho
Code 67-8003.
