Broadway Ave. Meridian, ID 83642 Re: Delano #1 Subdivision Pump Shed To Whom It May Concern: Please find the attached submittal for the Certificate of Zoning Compliance and Design Review Applications. The proposed building is a shed for the irrigation pumps at the approved Delano Subdivision community. The shed is approximately 168 sq. ft. This modern, sloped roof shed will consist of a Hardie board lap siding exterior with one-man door for maintenance access. The roof consists of 30-year asphalt shingles in dark charcoal and a hatch roof for pump maintenance. The door, trim and fascia are Sherwin Williams Elephant Ear and the body and vents are Sherwin Williams Alpaca. The shed is located in the Southwest area of the subdivision on a common lot. There is lush landscaping around the sides and back of the pump house with a maple tree in front which will provide coverage and soften the building.
