MFD Plan Review Notes Joe Bongiorno I will need to see a detail phasing plan showing how
secondary access will be maintained during all phases of
construction. This project falls outside our 5 minute response
time goal. The Fire Department recommends waiting until
Fire Station 8 is constructed and staffed to support this
project.
MPD Plan Review Notes Scott Colaianni Police have no comments on this application.
Parks Plan Review Notes Kimberly Warren 10' Multi-use pathways (detached) required along the south
side of McMillan, and along the east side of the midmile
collector, connecting McMillan pathway with Quartet sub to
the south.
Planning Review Notes Alan Tiefenbach - Please check with ACHD to ensure the access off of
McMillian will be allowed.

• Ensure no sewer services cross infiltration trenches
• Common Driveways with 4 or more lots need to have a
private sewer line that will be the responsibility of the HOA. A
manhole in the common driveway located at the property
boundary is required with a lid that states "Private".
