A parcel of land situated in a portion of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 34,Township 4
North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian,Ada County, Idaho, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at a found aluminum cap marking the North 1/4 corner of said Section 34,which bears
S89°35'51"E a distance of 2,653.92 feet from a found brass cap marking the Northwest corner of said
Section 34, thence following the easterly line of said Section 34, S00°43'47"W a distance of 25.00 feet to
the southerly right-of-way line of W. McMillan Road and being the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence following said easterly line, S00°43'47"W a distance of 1,298.32 feet to a found aluminum cap
marking the Center North 1/16 corner of said Section 34;
Thence leaving said easterly line and following the southerly line of said North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4,
N89°26'06"W a distance of 2,622.62 feet to the easterly right-of-way line of N. Black Cat Road;
Thence leaving said southerly line and following said easterly right-of-way line, N00°27'24"E a distance
of 1,290.87 feet to said southerly right-of-way line;
Thence following said southerly right-of-way line, S89°35'51"E a distance of 2,628.80 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING.
Said parcel contains 78.035 acres,more or less,and is subject to all existing easements and/or rights-of-way of
record or implied.
