A parcel of land being all of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 34,Township 4 North, Range
1 West, Boise Meridian,Ada County, Idaho, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a found brass cap marking the Northwest corner of said Section 34,thence following the
northerly line of said Northwest 1/4,S89°35'51"E a distance of 2,653.92 feet to a found aluminum cap
marking the North 1/4 corner of said Section 34;
Thence leaving said northerly line and following the easterly line of said Northwest 1/4, S00'43'47"W a
distance of 1,323.32 feet to the Center North 1/16 corner of said Section 34;
Thence leaving said easterly line and following the southerly line of said North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4,
N89°26'06"W a distance of 2,647.62 feet to the North 1/16 corner of Section 33 and said Section 34;
Thence leaving said southerly line and following the westerly line of said Northwest 1/4, N00°27'24"E a
distance of 1,315.80 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said parcel contains 80.299 acres,more or less,and is subject to all existing easements and/or rights-of-way of
record or implied.
