Design Narrative: September, 2021
The subject property is located at 2847 N Eagle Rd St. #100 the tenant space is an
existing 1,270sf space that will be the new home to Freedom Bagel Bakery. The property is
zoned as C-G allowing the use for a restaurant/ eating establishment. The tenant space was
previously used as a retail location for complete nutrition.
Freedom Bagel will encourage more grab and go orders rather than a lot of seating for
guests to stay and eat. There will be some seating provided but will be minor.
No exterior design modifications will take place within this permit application with the
exception of adding a new railing to the existing exterior patio to the north of the tenant space.
All standard and ADA parking will remain as existing.
This permit application will include drawings from Mechanical,Electrical, Plumbing and the
kitchen supplier.
