RE: Final Plat for Gander Creek North Subdivision No. 3
Dear Mayor and Council:
On behalf of Trilogy Idaho, please accept this request for Final Plat approval. The lot count for
Gander Creek North No. 3 is; 54 single-family residential and 14 common lots. This subdivision is
located near the southeast corner of N. Owyhee Storm and W. McMillan Rd.
Gander Creek North Subdivision No.3 is in compliance with the preliminary plat (PPH 2019-
0013) and meets all requirements of conditions.
Gander Creek North Subdivision No. 3 Final Plat is in conformance with:
1. The approved preliminary plat layout and uses
2. The uses requirements and provisions of the UDC
3. Acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local standards.
