representative of the ESTATE OF WILLIAM E. HOWELL, deceased, to the Howell Residuary
Trust, James W. Howell, Trustee, whose address is 850 W. Linden Street, Boise, ID 83706.
WHEREAS, Grantor warrants that she is the qualified personal representative of the
estate, and that the estate is being probated under Probate Case Number CVO1-19-10584 in Ada
County, State of Idaho;
THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Probate Code as set
forth in Title 15 of the Idaho Code, Grantor conveys to Grantee all of Grantor's interest in the
following described real property in Ada County, State of Idaho:
Lot 3, Block 1, Medina Subdivision, recorded in Book 100, page 12948, Ada
County, Idaho.
This conveyance includes any appurtenance, estate, right, title, interest, tenement,
hereditament, reversion, remainder, easement, rent, issue, profit, right-of-way and water right
appertaining to the property described in this Deed.
