Dear Planning Staff,
The owner of the property located at 3755 W. Perugia St. is proposing the construction of a new
approximately 40,169 s.f. two story conditioned storage building. The proposed project is located just
south of the Silver Oaks apartment complex. The parcel was rezoned (H-2018-0109) from L-O to R-15,
which will allow an enclosed self storage facility to be constructed within the existing apartment complex.
A development agreement modification (H-2019-0072) was approved to allow a residential storage facility
as a conditional use within the existing development. Requirements for the Conditional use permit (H-
2019-0076) have been addressed. There was also a recently approved CUP Modification (MCU-2021-
0006).
