Broadway Ave. Meridian, ID 83642 Re: East Ridge #2 Subdivision Ramada To Whom It May Concern: Please find the attached submittal for the Certificate of Zoning Compliance and Design Review Applications. The proposed building is a ramada or large shade structure. The ramada is approximately 700 sq. ft. and will be constructed within the East Ridge Subdivision No. 2 approved community. The ramada will consist of seven “Eldorado Moonlight” cultured stone columns with a standing seam metal roof in Dark Gray. It is located at the main common area/park near the entrance to the subdivision. This large open area includes a dog park with walking path, a water feature, and the ramada/picnic shelter. This common lot is designed to be a gathering area for the residents. We respectfully request approval of the Design Review and CZC Application for this ramada.
