To Whom It May Concern,
Kimley-Horn & Associates, on behalf of Rreaf Holdings and the current landowner, is proposing a Site
Plan for an Extended Stay America Hotel. The Parcel Number is R7138490030 and the property is
located at 3437 E. Pine Avenue. The parcel will remain as a single lot.
This Site Plan is for Lot 3 in Block 1 of the Porky Park Subdivision No. 1 with instrument number
106201328 and the Deed of Trust recorded instrument number is 2019-038951.
We believe the proposed development is in conformance with all requirements and provisions of the
UDC in addition to acceptable engineering, architectural, surveying practices, and local standards.
