Broadway Ave. Meridian, ID 83642 RE: Design Review (DR) / Application A-160 Devil & Angel TI 3525 E Longwing Ln., Suite #160 - The Village at Meridian - Meridian, Idaho Please find attached the Design Review (DR) submittal for the Devil & Angel Tenant Improvement at Suite #160 within the Village at Meridian Building 'A'. In addition to improvements to the interior to provide a Restaurant space for the tenant (Devil & Angel), a new exterior entry storefront will replace the existing glass roll-up door assembly to facilitate direct accessibly entry to this suite. The exterior improvements also include painting a portion of the existing brick façade, minor modifications to patio paving to facilitate entry access, minor landscape adjustments, and modifications to the existing railing system. The tenant use proposed is consistent with what was anticipated to populate this space under the Core & Shell application. The design is consistent with the Village's architectural design aesthetic. As is the case with previous Village applications, any exterior building signage shall be submitted separately by the tenant for approval.
