RE: Subdivision Name Reservation: TRUST STORAGE SUBDIVISION NO 2
At your request, I will reserve the name Trust Storage Subdivision No 2 for your project; subject to the following
conditions;
The name permission attached to the previous email is acceptable as long as the signer of the plat matches the grantee
of the permission. However, according to I.C. 50-1307, a portion of which states:
" . . party files and records the written consent of the party or parties who
platted the addition bearing the same name. "
Prior to the plat being submitted to our office for review,the permission from T.S.South Meridian LLC to the Blaisdell's
must be recorded in the office of the Ada County Recorder.
I can honor this reservation only as long as your project is in the approval process. Final approval can only take place
when the final plat is recorded.
This reservation is available for the project as long as it is in the approval process unless the project is terminated by the
client,the jurisdiction or the conditions of approval have not been met, in which case the name can be re-used by
someone else.
