Trust Storage Subdivision No. 2 is a re-subdivision of Lot 1 of Block 1 of Trust Storage
Subdivision that was platted in 2018. Said Subdivision No. 2 is a short plat that
proposes no new streets or accesses. No new geotechnical work has been performed
on this project and the engineer making this statement has no knowledge of a
geotechnical report for the project.
That said, any elevation requirement for centerlines of the existing roads would have
been the same requirement for the original subdivision and should have been met by
the original subdivision. We cannot verify the elevations of the existing roads in relation
to seasonal high groundwater other than know the original plat was approved by the city
of Meridian.
