Updated groundwater monitoring is currently being done by Geotek,can I submit a letter from Geotek stating
this? Can you condition us that the updated groundwater monitoring must be received prior to submittal of
construction drawings?

Hi Wendy,
Please submit the following per the application checklists:
• Copy of recorded warranty deed(s) (the title commitment/report was submitted)
• Landscape plan that contains the items on the preliminary plat checklist(add a calculations table)
• Remove the site plan from the preliminary plat
• Open space exhibit that demonstrates compliance with UDC 11-3G-36
Mixed use/vertically integrated residential units are principally permitted in the C-C district; are there any
proposed in the R-40 district? In R-40, a CUP is required.
