Subject: Letter of Services Contracted for the "Franklin Subdivision", a(n) ±6.5 Acre Site —
Located at 4490 West Franklin Road, Meridian, Idaho
In accordance with your request, GeoTek, Inc. (GTI) has been contracted, per P0900221-ID dated
September I, 2021, to complete a geotechnical evaluation and seasonal high groundwater level
monitoring evaluation of the subject property.These services are set to begin in the month of September
of 2021. The finished Geotechnical Evaluation typically requires a 3-5 week turnaround time.
Groundwater levels of the subject property will be monitored for a year, with biweekly monitoring
through irrigation season (April through October) and then monthly the rest of the year.
