A tract of land situate in the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 10, Township 3 North,
Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, County of Ada, State of Idaho, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the south quarter corner of said Section 10; thence from said Point of Commencement,
North 89°15'37"West, coincident with the south line of said Section 10, a distance of 2,640.62 feet to the
southwest corner of said Section 10; thence South 89°15'37" East, coincident with said south line, a
distance of 908.47 feet to the Point of Beginning of this description;
thence from said Point of Beginning, leaving said south line, the following five (5) consecutive courses
and distances:
1. North 00035'11"East, a distance of 354.88 feet,
2. continuing North 00'35'11"East, a distance of 733.00 feet,
3. South 89°15'44"East, a distance of 205.90 feet, and
4. South 00'35'11"West, a distance of 1,087.88 feet to a point on the south line of
said Section 10;
thence North 89°15'37" West, coincident with said south line, a distance of 205.90 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
Containing an area of 5.14 acres of land,more or less.
The above-described tract of land is shown on Exhibit"B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
