To whom it may concern:
We are proposing a new office building on an existing property within City of Meridian city limits.
The existing property is adjacent to developed sites on east side and an existing building on the
west. The site is in between the Meridian Challenger School on the East and Kids Choice daycare
on the West. South of the property is a pedestrian path along the side of W Everest Lane. North
of the property is an existing office building.
The main entrance, reception and waiting room to the office building is located along the west
side of the building and is shielded from Everest Lane. Standard and accessible parking for
patrons is located along the west and north side of the building. Parking for employees is located
along the north side of the building.
City of Meridian compliant landscaping is provided east and south perimeter property lines.
Access to the site is provided from one location. It is a shared access drive from West Everest
Lane from the South of the property. Pedestrian access is along the same as vehicular with a
sidewalk on the west side of the building that will run along another property towards West
Everest Lane.
The proposed office building is approximately 4,620 square feet. The structure will be a one-story
office building. It is a wood framed structure with stone wainscot along the bottom of perimeter
of the building. Exterior walls will be cement plaster/stucco with wood accents on the West,
North and south sides of the building. The scale is pedestrian with an 21’-10” ridge height at the
tallest point. Landscaping around the perimeter will influence a cohesive design .
