Description of Work:
Construction of a new solid waste enclosure located at the existing Northpointe Retail Commercial
development. Waste enclosure shall be located in the existing planter area to the north of suite 100
currently occupied by Fanci Freez. Construction shall consist of cast-in-place concrete foundation and
flatwork, concrete masonry units to match the existing construction with a precast concrete wall cap and a
pair of painted steel shape and steel deck swing gates. Demolition shall consist of removal of approximately
30 lineal feet of concrete curb and gutter, landscape plantings, rock mulch and re-routing of existing
sprinklers. Solid waste enclosure sized to provide two containers, 3, 6, or 8-yard dumpster and one grease
container or up to two 95-gallon carts.
