Hi all, good afternoon.
We are looking to submit a CZC application for a CUP modification for a new 240-unit apartment community in the city
of Meridian. The project is a CUP modification for a previously -approved site plan from 2018 by others, and has been
approved by Planning and Zoning, with conditions.
My understanding from the Meridian CZC (Certificate of Zoning Compliance) application is part of the requirements are
