G20 LLC and BlackRock Homes are asking for an alternative compliance approval for 40 single
family residences in the form of 20 single level attached units in the Edington Commons Subdivision.
These units are similar to or are the same as the 26 residences (13 attached units) built or being built in
the Verado Subdivision Phase 1 & 2.
G20 LLC and BlackRock Homes are asking to use vinyl siding on these homes. These homes have
three elevations (A, B, & C in the attached PDF’s) and two variations of the aforementioned elevations.
The variations will consist of gabled and hipped roofs. The proposed will also contain two types of siding
(vinyl cottage lap siding & vinyl board & batt.). Each unit has a minimum of one siding type and cultured
stone on the front elevation. There will be eight color palettes options that will be decided on a case by
case basis in an effort to ensure no two are the same.
