Final Plat Application
Dear Planner:
Attached for your review and favorable consideration is the Final Plat Application for the Edington
Commons Subdivision No. 2. This second phase of construction consists of 46 residential lots and 9 common lots
on 5.75 acres of land in the R-15 district. Landscaped Common Lots in this phase equals 0.51 acres or 8.9%.
Emergency/Fire Access is provided by the Fire Access Road as recorded in the Emergency Access Easement
Agreement Instrument#2021-085892. In addition,the Tetherow Crossing Subdivision connecting to the east of
Edington Commons is under construction and provides access out to Ustick Road.

This final plat is in conformance with (1) the approved preliminary plat and meeting all requirements or
