This second phase of construction consists of 46 residential lots and 9 common lots on 5.75 acres of land in the R-15 district. Landscaped Common Lots in this phase equals 0.51 acres or 8.9%. Emergency/Fire Access is provided by the Fire Access Road as recorded in the Emergency Access Easement Agreement Instrument#2021-085892. In addition,the Tetherow Crossing Subdivision connecting to the east of Edington Commons is under construction and provides access out to Ustick Road.
