Description: A Zoning Ordinance Map Amendment and Development
Agreement requesting approval to rezone approximately 5.0 acres from the Rural-
Urban Transition (RUT) District to the Limited Industrial (M1) District along with
a development agreement. Also, a Master Site Plan to expand an approved
outdoor storage facility and a Property Boundary Adjustment to adjust the
common property boundary between two (2) parcels. Along with a variance to
grant relief from a development standard to allow the outdoor storage facility to
encroach within 100 feet of a residential property line and for the facility to
exceed the maximum site coverage of twenty percent (20%) for the facility.
