Proposed development should be consistent with the general mixed- use designation guidelines, MU-N guidelines & policies in the Comprehensive Plan (see pgs. 3-11 thru 3-15)-describe how it's consistent with these guidelines in application narrative. Uses should be primarily residential with supporting non-residential services (small-scale that provide goods or services people don't typically travel far for& need regularly—employment opportunities for those living in the neighborhood are encouraged)—connectivity&access between non-residential & residential is critical, tree-lined narrow streets are encouraged.
