Dear Neighbor:
We are currently working on an Annexation, Zoning, and Preliminary Plat application to the City of
Meridian for a parcel located at 3235 N McDermott Rd.This parcel is located on the west side of
McDermott Rd, north of W Ustick Rd and east of the future Owyhee High School.The property is
highlighted in blue on the map below.The application proposes annexation into the city of Meridian
maintaining the existing MU-N comprehensive plan designation.
You are cordially invited to attend an informational neighborhood meeting, as required by City Code,to
discuss our proposed project. This is not a public hearing and public officials will not be present.
