Dear property owner:
As part of the annexation and rezone application, the
owner of the property located at 160 N. Linder Road in
Meridian, Idaho is proposing a reduction of the 25'
landscape buffer to residential uses to 5'. As this industrial
zone is developed this landscape buffer will meet the
standard setbacks as set forth by the City of Meridian for
parking lot landscaping.
