All street finish grade centerline elevations are set a minimum of three feet above the highest
established normal ground water elevations. A geotechnical report for the subject property was
completed by GeoTek, Inc. on June 7, 2018 (GTI-Project No. 1955-03) and bore logs show
that no groundwater was encountered in test pits 1 and 2 on the subject property at depths of
15-feet and 13-feet respectively.
