Dear Mr. Hood,
Enclosed is the final plat application for "TM Frontline Subdivision". The 6 (six) lot
commercial is adjacent to W. Franklin Road on the north, with Twelve Oaks Villa
Subdivision adjacent to the east boundary.
Statement of Conformance
The plat remains in substantial conformance with: (1)The uses and layout approved by the
preliminary plat and DA; (2)the use requirements and provisions of the UDC; and (3)
acceptable engineering and surveying practices, and local standards.
The development of this significant property has been anticipated for many years. This
submittal now represents a substantial milestone to the establishment of this commercial
corridor and the opportunities it will bring to the citizens and the City of Meridian, etc.
