Please accept this letter as certification that the centerline elevations of the proposed streets within TM
Frontline Subdivision are designed a minimum of three(3)feet above the seasonal high ground water elevation.
The geotechnical engineering report, "Geotechnical Investigation — Benchline Road", prepared by Atlas and
dated April 2021, was used to determine the approximate groundwater elevations relative to the street
centerline elevations.
