public access and use by public utilities above and below said easements, and said easements shall enure
to the benefit of the public and the adjacent property owners and shall run with the land in perpetuity.
A 10 foot wide public utilities, drainage and irrigation easement is hereby provided along the side and
rear of all lot lines and adjacent to and outside of all public road right-of-way easement lines.

Under the authority granted to me, in the Idaho Code, Title 50-1314 and Title 63-303, 1 have caused to
be made, said plat, and certify that I have signed and acknowledged it by failure of the property owners
to do so, and when filed for record, shall have the same effect for all purposes as if executed,
acknowledged and recorded by the owners or proprietors themselves.
This plat supercedes and replaces the MAGIC VIEW SUBDIVISION plat previously recorded under Instrument
No. a25331 on Noverti6", 1972, in Book 28 of Plats, at pages 1755 and 1756.
