Dear Planning Staff,
We are pleased to submit the enclosed Property Boundary Adjustment Application for 4909 and 4891 N
Cortona Way, parcels R9010680061 and R9010680081, within the jurisdiction of the City of Meridian.
The properties are generally located on the east side of N Ten Mile Road, north of W. McMillan Rd and
south of W. Milano Rd.
A previous boundary adjustment was
completed in 2019 under approval
number A-2019-0290 (instrument
number 2019-110665).
The Property Boundary Adjustment will
adjust the existing parcel line that
divides the two parcels R9010680061
and R9010680081. The purpose of the
Property Boundary Adjustment is to
support future development.
