Anna,
We talked about the Advanced Sign Landscape Easement Vacation today at the staff meeting.
Because the easement is indicated on the plat, it DOES need to be vacated through Council. However, letters of
relinquishment are not required since it is ONLY a landscape easement and utility easements are established per the plat
along the lot lines adjacent to public streets.
Since this is so simple, a further pre-application meeting is not required. I am signing this off,you can submit a formal
application, and include this email as your required pre-app.
