Dear Resident,
Prior to submittal of a Development Agreement Modification application , the City of Meridian requires
an opportunity for conversation between the applicant and neighbors . We would like to invite you to a
neighborhood meeting to discuss this modification . This is your notice to review the proposed
clarification below :
Page 6, Item 12 — Change the condition to read: "Due to the single family uses abutting the boundaries of Lots 45,
47 and 49 Block 7, a minimum 20 foot planting strip, in accordance with City Ordinance 124- 7. A is required along
the property lines of these lots for commercial uses. A minimum 10' planting strip is required for lots with nursing
and residential care facilities, and other residential uses.
This is not a public hearing, and no public officials will be present . If you have questions regarding
meeting requirements, please contact the Planning and Development Services 20&884-5533 .
If you have questions about the development project, please contact the representative listed below .
Purpose : To review and provide comments regarding the Development Agreement Modification for the
Sundance Subdivision No . 5 .
When : The meeting will be held Tuesday, August 17th at 6 : 00pm .
Where : The meeting will be held virtually via the Zoom information below . If you are unable to attend
the virtual meeting, we will hold a comment period via email ( info@hatchda . com ) up until midnight on
August 17th , 2021, as well as letters which can be sent to our office at 200 W . 36th St . Boise, ID 83714 .
