RE: Notice of(Remote) Neighborhood Meeting I Southridge Apartments Phase 3
Dear Neighbor:
We are currently working on a Conditional Use Permit application to the City of Meridian for Phase 3 of
the Southridge Apartments. Phase 3 is located south of W. Overland Road and west of S. Grand Fork
Way. The property is highlighted in blue on the aerial map.
You are cordially invited to attend an informational neighborhood meeting, as required by City Code,to
discuss our application. This is not a public hearing and public officials will not be present.
Neighborhood meetings are required by the City of Meridian
for most development applications. Due to the Covid-19 � _
pandemic,to protect the health and safety of the community, W, Overland Rid
our neighborhood meeting will be held remotely.
You are invited to attend an informational, remote, ,•, a
neighborhood meeting regarding a development in your area.
