Re: Ten Mile Creek Self Storage—Conditional Use Permit Application
Dear Mr. Hood,
Enclosed is the Conditional Use Permit application for Ten Mile Creek Self Storage—a 448-unit
self-storage complex. The project will include RV storage (both covered and uncovered, as well
as indoor storage units (both climate controlled and non-climate-controlled units).
The C-G zoned property is located on the south side of Franklin Road midway between S. Linder
and S. Ten Mile Roads.
The demand for self-storage has remained high throughout the area, and with the recent
construction of multi-family projects in the area, demand is expected to remain steady. This
project would be perfectly located to serve the needs of the area.
We look forward to presenting this project to the Planning and Zoning Commission. Please let
