2021-08-24 AGENDA AND NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES August 24, 2021 The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees, West Ada School District, is scheduled for Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at the District Service Center, 1303 E. Central Drive, Meridian, Idaho. The board will convene in regular session at 6:00 P.M. Board Meeting will be held in the White Cloud Auditorium (East end of the District Service Center) The meeting will be conducted according to CDH/CDH guidelines social distancing and face coverings are recommended, regardless of vaccination status. We value your input, for us to have time to review comments please submit your comments 48 hours in advance of the day of the meeting. This allows trustees time to review of your input/feedback. This also allows this information to be available at the meeting for all attendees. Even if a comment is not received 48 hours in advance, all messages will be shared with the Board and included in public record. Public in person testimony will be taken on item B. Comments will be limited to 90 minutes. Each patron will have two minute to provide testimony. Please be respectful of all who testify.
