Description: A conditional use and master site plan application for a contractor's
yard and shops along with a variance to grant relief from a development standard
to allow for the outdoor storage area to be within one hundred feet (100') from a
property line abutting other property and for the contractor's shops to be within
fifty feet (50') from any property line abutting other property. Also, a variance for
the shops to encroach within the 25 foot side yard setback.
