Broadway Ave, Suite 102 Meridian, ID 83642 RE: Certificate of Zoning Compliance Application Jump Creek Subdivision 4-Plexes, North Black Cat Rd To Whom it May Concern: CBH Homes respectfully requests Certificate of Zoning Compliance approval for the construction of Jump Creek 4-Plexes of phase #4, Block 16 Lots 4-10. The Scope of the project is the construction of (7) 4-Plex Buildings to be built on a recorded phase of the Jump Creek community. The 1.96± acre site consists of corresponding parking, lighting, landscaping and necessary infrastructure to support the Apartment buildings. Parking includes 60 off-street parking stalls (2 for each unit) and 4 accessible spaces. Full landscape is to be installed at the building completion, along with required fencing. There are to be (7) 4-unit 2 story Buildings. The buildings will have a single pitch roof with a combination of both gable and hipped style. The max height for all buildings is 28’ at the roof peak. The exterior building materials will be a combination masonry veneer and vertical and horizontal hardboard siding. Windows are double glazed vinyl framed with painted hardboard trim. Architectural style, materials and colors were selected to create a unique living and visual experience that contributes to the aesthetic context of the community.
