Please accept this letter as certification that the centerline elevations of the proposed streets within Apex
Southeast Subdivision No. 3 are designed a minimum of three (3) feet above the seasonal high ground water
elevation. The geotechnical engineering report, "Apex Subdivisions NW &SE Phase 2", prepared by Atlas and
dated April 5, 2021, was used to determine the approximate groundwater elevations relative to the street
centerline elevations.
