Pura Vida Ridge Ranch Subdivision No. 1 encompasses 7.63 acres of land located at 3727 E.
Lake Hazel Rd. Phase one of this project consists of 58 single-family residential lots, and 13
common area lots, 5 of which are designated for shared driveways.
The final plat is in substantial conformance with the approved preliminary plat, requirements and
provisions of the UDC. We believe the final plat is in conformance with the acceptable
engineering practice standards.
Please note that due to shallow ground water many of the common areas have been designed
with storm drainage to mitigate project storm water impacts.
As we understand; the secondary access easement is required at the start of phase 2.
